Introduction to Mental Health Response

Mental health struggles are on the rise and too often, people suffer in silence, unsure of where to turn.

This two-part online workshop will equip you with effective and practical skills to support those who are struggling, when they need it most.

What You’ll Learn

  1. Spot the Signs — Understand the importance of mental well-being and learn to identify individuals in distress
  2. Respond with Care — Apply simple yet effective listening and response strategies and tools, including self-care
  3. Offer Hope & Direction — Point others toward trusted professional resources
