Whistleblowing Policy

FCBC aims to encourage council members, employees, members of the congregation, vendors, and members of the public to report concerns on misconduct or malpractice in good faith, without malice or personal benefit.

We are committed to protecting whistleblowers from threats to employment or any other threats of retaliatory action, and do not condone any reprisal, discrimination, or harassment against whistleblowers who report in good faith.

Whistleblowers who wish to make a report on concerns or information regarding illegal or improper conduct should preferably do so in writing to whistleblowing@fcbc.org.sg. Other channels of reporting are detailed in our Whistleblowing Policy.
