- Prepares financial reports for general management use
- Maintains company journals and ledgers
- Performs reconciliations of company financial data
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to handle full set of Accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Any ad hoc projects
- Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Navision experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- English and Chinese (preferred)
