Last week, we came together for the Empowered21 Asia Congress. It was themed “Wind & Fire” based on Acts 2:1-4, which was very much in line with Empowered21 (E21) Asia’s mission to Fan The Flame and Fire Up Generations. Ultimately, E21 is about unity, and as all of Asia gathered in one accord this past Pentecost, I knew that a powerful work of the Holy Spirit had been set in motion across this continent.
One of the songs that really ministered to me throughout the Congress was “Here As In Heaven” by Elevation Worship.
The atmosphere is changing now

As we sang this beautiful song, thunder started to rumble and the rain came. It happened on the first night of the Congress, and I believe it was symbolic of the power and anointing that would be poured forth by the many spiritual giants who would be sharing. It was definitely not coincidence that as thousands of delegates from all over the world cried out for open heavens in their nations, heaven declared its prophetic agreement with a torrential downpour. The rain signifies God’s spiritual cleansing of the nations to allow the gospel to penetrate into every corner, community and home!
Indeed, the spiritual atmosphere in Singapore and all the participating nations has changed. Truly, a new day is dawning. Fellow disciples, let’s hasten to share the good news with all our pre-believing family, friends and colleagues. Miracles are waiting to happen!
