We’ve all heard of many quotes like this: “Love your parents. We are so busy growing up, we often forget they are also growing old.” But do we take action?
For some members of FCBC, it was not just talk for them, they put it into action and invited their Mandarin and Hokkien speaking parents to our Parents’ Appreciation Banquets this year! Dedicated to parents, the programme of the banquets was specially crafted to their likings and interests. From guest singer Amy Lim who charmed with songs to games and lucky draws, laughter and smiles were seen and heard throughout the night.
To all parents who attended the banquets and even those who didn’t, we love you and thank God for you. Without you, we would not have become the person we are today.
