Day 4: LoveSingapore Pastors' Prayer Summit (9-12 Jan 2012)

The fourth and last day of the Pastors’ Prayer Summit saw the emphasis shift to worshipping and praising the Lord for all his goodness. Pastor Khong encouraged the people to dance, sing and praise the Lord for all that He has done for our nation and during the summit.

An integral part of the session was also praying and waiting on the Lord together, as well as honouring each other as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pastor Khong also invited six attendees to share their personal encounters with God during the summit and how God has impacted them. Many of them shared about laying their lives for God and seeing transformation in the land.

“God laid down His armour and showed me that He too, was wearing the cloth of rags… The humble and willing are used by God.” – Joseph Cheah (Youth With A Mission)

Pastor Demian encouraged all the Senior Pastors to come forward to pray together and speak blessings for the nation. He also encouraged all to pray for Singapore.

Reverend Rick Seaward concluded the session by reminding the attendees that Singapore will work as a powerhouse to spread God’s works to the other nations. He highlighted a new wave of missions to East Timor, Japan and other South-East Asian countries.
