GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Chai Chee Office)

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Certificate in Graphic Design or related disciplines
- 3-5 years experience preferred
- Familiar with Mac OS and proficient in FreeHand, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Able to conceptualise, design and provide graphic support for churchwide publications and website materials
- Creative, initiative and meticulous
- Team player, with ability to work under pressure and deadlines

IT EXECUTIVE (Chai Chee Office)

You have to plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support and optimize all network software and communication links of IT Department.

Requirements:
- Monitor and maintain network in Microsoft environment
- Manage network capacity and email administration
- Liaise and work with vendors for delivery and support of system
- Enforce security in applications and ensure license compliance
- Manage and maintain in-house website applications
- Provide reliable and responsive Helpdesk and hands-on end-user support, consultation and training
- Ability to develop and maintain in-house programs and applications

ACCOUNTANT (Chai Chee Office)

Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Matured and responsible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 3 years experience
- Audit experience an added advantage

 
 

TOUCH CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT (BUKIT MERAH)

To work with schools, parents and relevant authorities to ensure effective intervention of children at risk.

SOCIAL WORKER/COUNSELLOR

Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling service to primary school children and their families
- Provide consultation to school management, teachers, parents on the issues & management of children’s welfare
- Coordinate resources & facilitate collaboration amongst schools & community
- Develop educational resources based on positive social values
- Provide training for teachers / children / families / community
- Make grant & funding applications and assist in marketing of programmes

Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or comparable level of professional qualification
- 3 to 5 years experience in an educational or social service sector preferred

- Consolidate financial data & prepare relevant reports

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience

TOUCH Youth Learning Centre offers the out-of-school youths (between the ages of 15 and 19) a second chance in education. The Centre provides an environment conducive to learning and growth, a place where the youths can acquire life skills that will help bring about positive changes in their lives.

TEACHERS

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationship, rapport with the students and impart values through positive role modeling.

- Oversee the welfare and safety of the students, monitor students’ academic progress and behaviour
- Set and mark class assignment, assessment, projects.
- Teach at least 2 academic subjects and life skill.
- Plan and develop curriculum, keep abreast with current educational trends and professional development.
- Prepare regular feedback to parents/guardians on students’ progress.

Requirements:
- Degree holder
