Pastor Marbs, with his wife Vera, have been leading the Filipino community of FCBC since September 2001. The group endeavours to help Filipinos to be successful in Singapore, and prepare them to rise up to a better life when they return to the Philippines.
Filipino Ministry (FM) believes that, while money and work are important, there's more to life than to be successful. Being away from loved ones and homeland, and to have limited time off a month is not an easy thing. FM endeavors to provide Filipinos with a fun place to go, good friends to spend time with, and a family to count on.
