TOUCH Equipping Stations System, or TESS, was set up in 1991 as the equipping arm of FCBC. In the ensuing years, TESS offered a comprehensive equipping system, providing training and equipping for all members - from new believers to cell leaders and pastors. TESS aims to equip every Christian so that they can develop to their full potential to serve God in the church as well as in the community, in accordance with God’s mission for FCBC.

Under the G12 umbrella, TESS now organises Encounters and Post-Encounters to help believers to receive healing, deliverance and the fullness of the Holy Spirit so that they can grow and be fruitful in the G12 vision. It also organizes the School of Leaders to further develop them in Christ-like character and to equip them for cell leadership.
