TOUCH Equipping Stations System, or TESS, was set up in 1991 as the equipping arm of FCBC. In the ensuing years, TESS offered a comprehensive equipping system, providing training and equipping for all members - from new believers to cell leaders and pastors. TESS aims to equip every Christian so that they can develop to their full potential to serve God in the church as well as in the community, in accordance with God's mission for FCBC.

Under the G12 umbrella, TESS now organises Encounters and Post-Encounters to help believers to have a special encounter with God and receive healing, deliverance and the fullness of the Holy Spirit so that they can grow in faith and be fruitful in the G12 vision. It also runs the School of Leaders to develop them in Christ-like character and to equip them to be leaders in the G12 vision, and the School of Ministry to further equip them to be more effective in the vision.
