Our cell group, which started off as Chinese Senior Citizen Cell in 1996, celebrated our 10th anniversary of cell forming and also the success of transiting it into a Chinese Cell for all age group in 2006. As part of the celebration and outreach, 7 cell members between the age 35 – 56, attended Project Smile and Service learning in Jan 2007. Magic has brought us even closer to one another. The cell has since multiplied in Oct 2007. The 2 cells are strongly knitted together in service and ministry.
Entry No: 4 OVERCOMING CHALLENGES IN UNITY Submitted by Liew Yin Sze, Yong Tai Tong Network.
Taken at a recent network camp in Malacca, this photo is a vivid illustration of how we are to overcome challenges while maintaining unity at all times. In this game, we are not to let go of the hands of the teammates on the left and the right as we pass the rope from one person to the next. This often involves exercises in body contortions. And when children are involved, it gets even more interesting, and one really sees a “family of faith” at work. The team is only as strong as the weakest link, so no effort is spared in giving the little ones a helping hand.
Entry No: 5 HE WAS PIERCED FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS Submitted by Liew Yin Sze, Yong Tai Tong Network.
I wanted to capture the spirit of prayer and intercession at cell meetings. The focus is on the word of God – which should be at the heart of our cell meetings. The passage chosen was from the book of Isaiah which prophesied so powerfully about our Lord Jesus Christ. Thus the people in the photo are deliberately rendered out of focus. We come and go but the word of God is eternal.
Entry No: 6 FULL ASSURANCE IN TRUST & HOPE Submitted by Joanne Ng Seok Woh, Tay Beow Chin Network.
In every Christian walk there is new life. In every new life there is hope. Our F.A.I.T.H., particularly the FCBC family of FAITH epitomizes the power to have full assurance in trusting the Lord and in the hope of the future. As a family coming together supporting one another, we experienced the fullness of the Lord's love. As He lays his comforting hands on each of our lives, we extend that comfort to our sister. We share her joy, pain, anxieties, peace and expectations. We know that with F.A.I.T.H, nothing is impossible to overcome.

Our journey of growth with the Lord is not only a personal odyssey but also a journey we travel with our spiritual family as we ask and seek the Lord in faith together.
Entry No: 8 OUR CHRISTMAS 2007 Submitted by Fu Wan Yu, Ong Swee Geok Network.
No white winter wonderland…we did it the FCBC way! Good Food, Great Fun & Gift Exchange. Topping off the menu were strawberries with chocolate fondue. It was truly a first class round trip. Thanks to the Song family, we managed to pack our Family of Faith into a luxurious clubhouse. We even sang Christmas carols till the lights went out at midnight, nevertheless, we continued to light candles in the dark and exchange gifts. Now, that’s ending the year with a bang!

A Family that clings, believes They just won't let me go Tenaciously, they pray, intercede And lead me back to God

Entry No: 20 HANDS OF FAITH Submitted by Benjamin Chew Zhi Hao, Eugene Seow Network.
The interlinked hands that form the shape of a cross represent FCBC's indomitable spirit of unity and family that transcends all human differences of age, race and status. In a world beset with broken relationships, such is only possible through 'one faith, one baptism [and the one] Father of all who is over all and through all and in all' (Ephesians 4:4-6). The bowed heads reflect the spirit of intercession rooted in faith that has enabled FCBC to listen to and obey God's voice in order to build a faith community with the strength to brave the storms.

Entry No: 23 OPEN CELL GATHERING, 14 FEBRUARY 2008. VENUE : J.CO DONUTS Submitted by Sharon Tham
A valentine night special well spent together with my sisters in Christ. Many have chosen to be on a “hot” date with their valentines, but our cell group has decided to organize this event as a building block to foster our love for friendship.
After a hearty dinner, we continued our night gathering at J.CO, having donuts and beverages, where this photo has been taken.
Indeed, it was a delightful night for our palate and good expression of our love and fellowship with one another.
Entry No: 24 CELL PRAYER RETREAT, 6 APRIL 2007. VENUE : SAF YACHT CLUB – CHANGI CLUBHOUSE Submitted by Sharon Tham
My first outdoor cell prayer retreat with my spiritual family of faith. In this photo were my cell leader, our G12 leader and sisters in Christ, at the SAF yacht club, Changi.
Quality time was spent building up our faith through hearing and reading the word of God. We worshipped, prayed and had a great time of fellowship with one another.
Unforgettable, were the valuable teachings on the word of God, put together by the G12 leader and husband.
This photo is submitted as a tribute and expression of my thankfulness to this couple for their time of sharing and impartation of the word.
Entry No: 25 FCBC, MY FAMILY OF FAITH - WOMEN OF FAITH Submitted by Serene Ho, Tay Beow Chin Network
FAITH is a gift and it must grow through use. Indeed we ladies from Ps Beow Chin's (BC) 144, had a defining moment of this truth when we were appointed to teach and minister at one of BC's Encounters.
This photo shoot captured the precious mement of coming together in unity and interdependence of one another's God-given gifts for one purpose - to magnify The Lord My God. What an empowering and uplifting experience.
Its also a time when we bond together as a 'family' encouraging each other to rise up like balloons, as women of faith, to glorify our awesome Jehovah!
Entry No: 26 FCBC, MY FAMILY OF FAITH Submitted by Serena Ho, Tay Beow Chin Network
Its a night to mark our appreciation of our husbands, the leader and lover of our lives.
As a spiritual family, we came together in Faith to trust God to continue to bless and prosper our husbands to be the leader of the household, to provide and to protect.
As wives, we pray that we learn to submit to our husbands, by putting our faith and trust in God, rather than in gold and silver.
Yes, as a household, we will serve the Lord together!

As family of faith, can we see us putting our hands together to building lives? Blindfolded, we were suppose to put together the building blocks in this game at Pastor Yong Tai Tong Family Retreat!
Yes, we need faith to believe that we can build on one another as we enter into the G12 vision - reaching out to pre-believers, consolidating and discipling them.
That's not all, the trust of the G12 is ti encourage each other to rise up to be Family of Faith to make disciple makers to reach out to the multitudes!

Entry No: 29 MY BARNABAS GROUP Submitted by Marissa Tay Kai Fang, GKidz.
Gkidz is my family! Every weekend, GKidz teaches us more about God. We were told to memorise verses from the Bible so that we will have a stronger relationship with God, (“Draw near to me and I will draw near to you (James 4:8A). Sometimes, we feel God’s presence and understand God really love us. Gkidz has taught me about forgiveness, caring for others and to love one another. How great is our God!

This picture was captured during a network game.It encapsulated 3 generations of the G12 family at play.
Teamwork, determination, joy, hardwork, protection, enthusiasm, mentoring, encouragement and a never-say-die attitude were all displayed. These traits are the hallmark of the FCBC family.

To me the FCBC family is the G12 family. Each family member is loved by the other family members. In this family, love, accountability, care, concern, help, prayer, advice, are all freely given.
I chanced upon this scene from my living room at my wife's G12 meeting in the study room. A ''sister'' was in need, and the others rallied in prayer with her. It was a beautiful sight. I tweaked the colour settings to add vibrance, added two stick-it soft toys to add effect and border. The result was pleasing, just like 2 smiling ''angels'' keeping watch over them,

My first Christmas with my cell, the new family I found myself belonging to. A simple photograph, true, but knowing and remembering how we laughed and smiled our way into this picture reminds me that I'll always have them to come back to, no matter what.
Entry No: 43 THE ART OF LETTING GO Submitted by Charlene Goh Ying Zheng, Julie Seow Network.
What constitutes a family? Is it the fun we have or the times we share? For my cell group, knowing that we can depend on each other in ministry and in our individual lives; to have that unspoken understanding that family is not just a Sunday affair, means more to us than all the good times shared. Fun is easily attained as it is gone. Good times shared are pretty things of the past. Only faith in each other and in the knowledge that God has placed us together for a higher purpose, Can allow one to truly let go and let God.
Entry No: 44 OUR JIGSAW OF MIRACLES Submitted by Jazreel Li Pei Shi, Julie Seow Network.
I decided on making a collage instead of a single picture as there are too many memorable moments we have as a cell, tribe and even as a church. Everyone we know is family and deserves a spot in our collage of family moments. The collage represents the tiny pieces of miracles that God has brought into our lives, our friends and family. Once put together it forms the beautiful picture of life, the one we now live with God as our Father, an ever growing jigsaw puzzle of FCBC, my family of faith.
Entry No: 45 HANGING ON TOGETHER ... Submitted by Pamela Loh & Tan Yon Whui, Julie Seow Network.
Pegs, envelopes, stickers ... simple day to day items put together to use as a vessel to bless one another in the tribe camp.
Under the hands of the creator, simple things can be made so beautiful. So is each of the girls in the tribe, under the hands of the Creator.
Strings of colorful envelops hang together in an outstanding fashion as each envelop radiates its best.
How lifeless it would be if each envelop is dull or when one single pretty envelop hangs on its own?
Entry No: 46 WELCOME TO FCBC! GOD BLESS YOU! Submitted by Tan Yon Whui, Julie Seow Network.
More than just biological relationship between te several pairs of siblings in the cell group; we are all linked to each other, through Christ!
And there is no greater joy than to see everyone come together to serve the Lord and His people! And certainly no one is too young to serve! It starts small, like... holding on a cake or a present!?
Each child taking pride and delight to honour the Father; Each child enjoying the joy of the precious fellowship of each other; Each child deepening in the meaning of family-ness, knowing well that this is the house we belong.

Entry No: 50 THE FAITH FACTOR Submitted by Joshua Teo Wei Chiang, Chua Seng Lee Network.
It takes great courage and faith to sign up for an Ironman race. It takes greater discipline to train up for it and to complete it. Jaclyn, Yong Howe and Sebastian from YouthNet attempted their first Ironman race together in 2007. It was a journey that constantly reminded them that nothing was impossible with God. It was also the encouragement of their spiritual family that pushed them on and spurred them to reach their fullest potential in Christ. Through this, I see our family of faith spurring each other on towards love, good deeds and greatness in God.
Entry No: 51 GIVE ME THIS MOUNTAIN! Submitted by Joshua Teo Wei Chiang, Chua Seng Lee Network.
Our tribe climbed Mt Kinabalu together as a faith goal in 2006. We wanted to do something new and challenging as a reminder of the need to live in faith in our Christian walk. Symbolically, it also represented our corporate cry to God to give us the territory He has prepared and promised us. It was a journey that began with having weekly runs at Expo and climaxed with the family helping each other up the mountain and finally down.
Entry No: 52 BUILDING A FAITH GENERATION Submitted by Joshua Teo Wei Chiang, Chua Seng Lee Network.
YouthNet pastors pray over the city from the Singapore flyer. To me, this shot exemplified the need to pray over the next generation who will carry on leading the nation. Pastor Lai Fun leading the prayer for her group while carrying her baby was an inspiration that when it comes to praying and living out one's faith, it is never too young to start. It shows how prayer is an important foundation in building our next generation of faith warriors.
Entry No: 53 SPIRITUAL FAMILY VS PHYSICAL FAMILY Submitted by Joshua Teo Wei Chiang, Chua Seng Lee Network.
We often draw a clear boundary between our spiritual family and our physical family. Sometimes, we even behave differently when we are with each of them. To me, our family of faith represents a supernatural integration of both. God's blessing truly flow when we begin to recognize that our physical family needs to become part of our spiritual family. During our tribe camp last year, we held a special celebration for our pastor's father to celebrate and bless him on his birthday. It was our way of demonstrating that God's love shared through the body of Christ is never limited by boundaries or structure. Everyone is precious to Him. That, I believe, is the true meaning of family - nobody gets left behind.
Entry No: 54 SURRENDERING IN FAITH Submitted by Joshua Teo Wei Chiang, Chua Seng Lee Network.
Our annual G12 conference sees the gathering of the bigger family of Christ to hear the word of God and be inspired. Pastor Cesar had given an altar call for pastors to come forward and receive a special anointing from the Lord and the pastors responded passionately, stretching out their hands in holy surrender before their heavenly King. This, to me, was their declaration of faith, to live a life of obedience before God, no matter what the circumstances.

Entry No: 61 THIS GENERATION Submitted by Kris Loy Shing Ching, Linda Mak Network.
As the children lay and quieten their spirit in His presence, the GKidz leader approached the children and prayed for them. At such a moment, like the hand of our Heavenly Father, the touch of the leader's hand represents the Father's love and promises to His children. This would be the generation in FCBC to arise for God who will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, the hearts of the children to their fathers, bringing forth a legacy through the generations to come. This is my family of faith.
Entry No: 62 YOU ARE MY BLESSINGS Submitted by Kris Loy Shing Ching, Linda Mak Network.
This picture was taken during the Network Encounter to Israel in 2007. In the background, it is the Hermon Stream. To me, it is a prophetic picture of a generational faith in FCBC where the Lord bestows His blessing and anointing forever more. As in Psalm 133:1,3 says ''How good and pleasant it is when brothers (sisters) live together in unity! ... it is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion.'' Indeed I am thankful for FCBC, a blessing like the dew of Hermon upon me. FCBC, my family of faith.

Given the size of the congregation, cell meetings are vital in building up men and women of faith in FCBC. It is at the cell level that we edify one another and hold each other accountable. We empty our hearts and seek God's grace and mercy. It is also a time when we come together to worship Him and sing praises in His name - a time of joy and celebration. This photo seeks to capture the spirit of worship, love, joy and brotherhood during cell meetings.
Entry No: 68 WE ARE CONQUERORS AS A FAMILY IN CHRIST! Submitted by Joanne Goh Mui Ching, Kang Ying Network.
Billy Graham ever said: ''The family should be a closely knit group. The home should be a self-contained shelter of security; a kind of school where life's basic lessons are taught; and a kind of church where God is honored; a place where wholesome recreation and simple pleasures are enjoyed. ''Indeed, every expressions captured in this photo truly exhibits the unity, joy, security and love that have gone beyond boundaries, and that is truly my family in Christ''.
Entry No: 69 CELEBRATING LIFE - PS KANG YING'S BIRTHDAY AT G12 CONFERENCE 2008 Submitted by Kathy Lim Daw Feng, Kang Ying Network.
How wonderful and pleasant it is when sisters live the G12 vision together in unity!
For unity is as precious as the anointing oil that was poured over Pastor Kang Ying's head, that cascaded down her 144 and onto the lives of her 1728.
Unity is as refreshing as the dew from Mount Hermon that falls on the mountains of Zion. And here in the network the LORD has pronounced his blessings of multiplication, even life everlasting.
Celebrating life ... celebrating our beloved pastor's birthday with longevity buns!!!!
Long Live KYN!

This year is also my 22nd year with FCBC. The greatest joy is in the year 2005, seeing my grandmother, Khoo Chua got baptised by FCBC on 24.6.05. Then after on Sept 24, 2005, my father Wang kin Chong also was baptised in FCBC on his own accord without much persuasion from me. My joy was full and could understand God's promises to me that me and my entire whole household will be saved. I rejoiced with an angel in heaven. Now only these, my sister's maid in this picture also received salvation last year, 2007. This is the picture, (photo) of my cell group where we meet fortnightly on Wednesday morning. The older woman is my mother, who goes to our Hokkien service every Saturday, but she has not received salvation yet. By faith, I claim her salvation will be in this year 2008.

Time flies. It’s the church anniversary again! All thanks and praise to God for FCBC. Looking back at all these years, growing and serving in FCBC, I know how good our God is to my family. My loving husband and two beautiful kids are constant reminders of God’s faithfulness to me. The blessings I received from Him goes beyond what I can offer in return. I’m so glad to be part of this big family of faith and community.
Truly, FCBC is indeed a Family that Can Be Counted! Amen!

''Lord, Jesus, I pray that Emmanuel;s cough and running nose will be healed and that you will protect him from all harm and disease, so that he will have strength to go to school, to play, and do work, and that he will be diligent in his schoolwork, that he will be a good boy and listen to mummy athome, in Jesus name AMEN!''
This was the prayer that I prayed for my younger brother, Emmanuel, sometime last week. And I believe that by FAITH, he has been healed. I learnt that if you pray a prayer to Jesus, you must believe that you have received it and now ... my brother has been healed of his running nose and his cough isn't so bad! Praise the Lord!
Entry No: 75 FAITH THAT INSPIRES Submitted by Joshua Chong Zheng Hao, Chua Seng Lee Network.
Many a times, we limit our faith community to that of our cell groups or networks. This portrait depicts a faith community consisting of good friends from different tribes. Through our journey, we have come to appreciate each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Despite coming from different tribes, we realize that every individual is a unique piece to a larger puzzle. Our inter-dependence lies in how we support each other through the different seasons in our lives. We are thankful for God’s grace in this family and we want to claim Hebrews 11:1 as a faith pledge that we live by.
Entry No: 76 TOGETHER WE CAN BREAK FREE Submitted by Valerie Tan Yan Chin, Julie Seow Network.
Since I joined FCBC two years ago, I have taken many photographs with my cell group. But I specially chose this photo because it holds much significance. Ever since the year of Sabbath started, my cell has ironically been segregated due to the increased hectic ness in our lives. Thankfully, by God's grace, we were brought together again during cell advance. This photo serves as a reminder that all of us have a part to play in God's kingdom and together by faith, we can break free of the strongholds in our lives.

Entry No: 78 THE FREEDOM WE KNOW Submitted by Jonathan Wong Wai Mun, Eugene Seow Network.
Guitars, basses and voices. For God. For the audience of one. Our King, Lord Jesus. Sharing one common vision, to see his name lifted up and magnified.
The photo is named after the song, ''The Freedom We Know'' by Hillsong United. My sister and I chose this title because it emphasizes the freedom that we have to praise God openly. We also chose our theme to be highly related to music because music was created by our Creator and this picture shows us praising Him back.
The bright and hot colours also signify the joy and excitement we have while praising God.
