Together with her husband, Rev Eugene Seow, Pastor Julie Seow pastors the YouthNet of FCBC. Her message to young people is "You are special. You can make a difference & You have a destiny to fulfil." - a message she has embraced for herself since coming to know the Lord at the age of 16. With a degree in law, Ps Julie practised conveyancing for 12 years before leaving it, to spend more time with her children and to support her husband in the ministry. Ps Julie was diagnosed with insulin dependent diabetes in 1983. She is the Programme Manager of TOUCH Diabetes Support which reaches out to people living with insulin treated diabetes. They have three teenage children, Vanessa, Benjamin and Christopher.
