Rev Eugene Seow is Deputy Senior Pastor; and Network Pastor, YouthNet. Working his way up, Eugene set up his own architecture firm, Touchpoint Design. With his consistent love for being in the midst of change, it’s not surprising that Eugene has a particular passion for the people facing transition—the youth. Eugene, together with Pastor Khong, started TOUCH Community Services, a not-for-profit charitable organisation officially registered in 1992. Over the last 15 years, TOUCH has reached out to more than 80,000 individuals from all races and religions including children from low-income or single-parent families, youths at risk, needy families, people with special and healthcare needs, and the frail elderly. In 2005, Eugene as Executive Director of TOUCH Community Services was conferred the public service medal in recognition of the role of TOUCH in the tsunami relief efforts.
