Faith Community Baptist Chruch (FCBC) has revamped its cell church system. The new system called the G12 was started by Pastor Cesar Castellanos from Bogota, Colombia. Using the strategy to Win others for Christ, Consolidate, Disciple them and Send.

G12 is to enhance FCBC’s cell church system and allows the church to disciple leaders and multiply groups. Under G12, FCBC is organised into the Men’s, Women’s and Youth Networks respectively. The wife of Senior Pastor Lawrence Khong, Rev (Dr) Thor Guat Ngoh who was ordained on 6 Oct, heads the Women’s Network of FCBC.

Rev Thor, a medical doctor, joined the staff from 1 Mar 2002, leading the network of all the women of FCBC into the G12 vision. She is confident that the women can rise up to the challenge, from playing a supportive role in the church and in the family, to fulfilling God’s highest purpose for them in discipling and evangelising other women. FCBC will hold an International G12 Conference at the Singapore Indoor Stadium form 17 – 19 Feb 2003.
