Community Staff Nurse @ TOUCH Home Care (Toa Payoh/ Jurong)

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing procedures
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in consultation with a doctor
• Provide health education for client and his/her caregiver
• Provide caregiver’s training for the client’s caregiver
• Maintain updated case records of clients
• Conduct case assessment and reviews

Requirements:

• State Registered Nurse (SRN) with minimum 3 years experience working in hospitals
• Team player and ability to work independently
• Ability to relate well with elderly
• Ability to converse with elderly in Mandarin and/or other dialects will be an added advantage

This full-time position is only available to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
