Administrative Executive @ TOUCH Home Care (Toa Payoh/ Jurong)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operation of the registry team
  • Prepare financial and statistical reports timely for performance review, funding and audits
  • Ensure proper upkeep of the data and documentation system
  • Maintain the minutes of the Weekly Admin/ Ops Meeting
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Business Administration/Accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Creative team player with strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Independent worker, systematic and attentive to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly in Excel


This full-time position is only available to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
