Human Resource Manager @ TOUCH Community Services (Bukit Merah)

We are looking for mature, capable and dynamic individual to fill the above position.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging HR trends and opportunities
• Develop HR strategies and oversee the HR division budget
• Provide management support to the executive director and general manager in the human capital requirements which include: 
  • Leadership Development
  • Talent Management
  • Career Development
• Provide leadership to the HR team in setting goals and objectives
• Provide strategic oversight and operational co-ordination for the full-spectrum of HR functions which include:
  • Recruitment
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development

Competencies

• Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable laws / regulations and management theories, including policy / procedure development
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills in the areas of operations, budget and project administration
• Strong strategic thinking abilities
• Possess leadership qualities, people development skills, and ability to interface with diverse groups effectively

Experience

• Requires at least 5 years of progressive human resources generalist experience with more than 3 years at managerial level in a high-volume environment
• Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full-spectrum of human resources activities, both operations and analysis

Education

• Candidates must possess a degree in HRM, Business Administration, Postgraduate specialisation in HRM or related disciplines
