Human Resource Manager @ TOUCH Community Services (Bukit Merah)
We are looking for mature, capable and dynamic individual to fill the above position.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging HR trends and opportunities
- Develop HR strategies and oversee the HR division budget
- Provide management support to the executive director and general manager in the human capital requirements which include:
- Leadership Development
- Talent Management
- Career Development
- Provide leadership to the HR team in setting goals and objectives
- Provide strategic oversight and operational co-ordination for the full-spectrum of HR functions which include:
- Recruitment
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
Competencies
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable laws / regulations and management theories, including policy / procedure development
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills in the areas of operations, budget and project administration
- Strong strategic thinking abilities
- Possess leadership qualities, people development skills, and ability to interface with diverse groups effectively
Experience
- Requires at least 5 years of progressive human resources generalist experience with more than 3 years at managerial level in a high-volume environment
- Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full-spectrum of human resources activities, both operations and analysis
Education
- Candidates must possess a degree in HRM, Business Administration, Postgraduate specialisation in HRM or related disciplines
