Facilities Officer

We seek to employ a suitably qualified individual for the above position:

Job Description
a)    Attend & oversee electrical, mechanical, maintenance & cleaning works
b)    Liaise with contractors/vendors on renovation or maintenance matters
c)    Coordinate fire safety procedures
d)    Plan & execute all Facilities Management related activities & administration

Requirements
a)    N, O or A levels or ITE Certification
b)    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
c)    Willing to work shifts, weekday nights and on weekends
d)    Logistics knowledge or experience will be an added advantage
